So what do you all say to customer service when you have blocks with mostly locked apartments, delivering at night with no receptionist to help, call boxes and one clicks not working and customers are sleep or just not answering because it’s late. I texted every single customer on my way to their house to let them know I was on my way, per one of the recommendations of Flex customer service emails. Downtown last night with NO parking. Better tonight but still some locked apartments with call boxes not working. 4 late pkgs last night (last delivery 28 min late), 3 tonight, but last pkg delivered 10 min late. My rating slipped a little bit from yesterday’s route, from solid fantastic to kind of fantastic. I’m afraid it might slip again because of 3 lates. I’m hardly ever late but these two nights were doozies. 25 downtown Olga last night and 43 suburban deliveries tonight. Recommendations for verbiage to help convince customer service not to ding me for beyond my control issues would be appreciated! Oh, and the GPS was off the chain wacky downtown last! Thanks!
