How can i see the details of my scorecard? Like please break down what website, menu to push so I can tell my dsp how to pull it up for me. top drivers get bonus money but I always miss and I’m not sure what exactly is affecting my score.

I either get dinged for pictures, but I am certain the pix are not blurry, or have prohibitive things in them, but I can’t see the reason they are rejected and I’m sick of hustling a big route with netradyne just to get beat by a lazy idiot with 50 stops in a white van. Can I see the bad pic or what is wrong with it?

I asked my dsp about this and they are dumb fux and don’t know which way on a one way.

Edit, I don’t want the summary report, i want to know why rejected pix, problematic TBAs, why do i have incomplete routes when i deliver every package.
