2 days ago, I delivered 2 packages to a locker.
Today, at the end of my itinerary, it has the package marked as do not deliver that the customer had canceled or rescheduled, but I definitely delivered it.
Called support, and they said that the package wasn’t scanned yet. I did scan it because it was my last stop, and it completed my block.
Also, support said there would be an investigation into it and that it will affect my standing, yet I know I delivered it.
Has this happened to anyone else?
