So Amazon wants to be on that bullshit today. Scheduled myself three hr shift. When I get there it’s five hours worth of packages. I bring it up to one of the people at the station asking if I could switch carts because I have to pick up my child by 3:30 and he acknowledges that it’s a five hour cart, but I’m not allowed to switch carts… I Immediately call Amazon as soon as I leave and they tell me, that they cannot pay me for working a longer shift, all of these packages must be delivered by 3 o’clock, and if I’m choose to deny the shift, I am possibly being deactivated, and if I don’t get them all delivered in time that’s going to severely affect my rating. Plus i actually called customer service twice, because the first person heard my complaints and then hung up in my face and the second person I spoke with said they basically have no control over what stations do.
This isn’t allowing me to add the pic in. The entire cart was filled to the top 🤦🏼♀️
Who the hell is in charge of scheduling… I’ve never had an issue with them until today. The shift is to end at 2:15, hence why i took it. because it gave me enough time to get my son. So annoyed.
