A friend of mine had money withheld from his paycheck for van damages from his DSP. To my understanding from over 2 years worked there, DSP Owners can’t take money from drivers because of their contract with Amazon. Is there anyway to see a DSP contract to get the clause that states this? My friend might sue for the garnished wages
