So I started at a Dsp that’s new and only have 5 routes. But their is like damn near 15-20 ppl on the team. So that means the owner is sending ppl home and it’s starting to piss ppl off lol. The whole first week everyone literally had to ride together no one has their one van except maybe like two drivers get to drive solo. Owner claims he’s gonna get more routes next week but who knows if that’s even true right now. I’m gonna be patient since I know the company is just starting out. I know I’m eventually gonna get more hours but they’re just wasting a lot of ppl time. If you’re not gonna give me a route let me know when I’m at home !!!
