Hey everyone, I was hired as a full time, regular employee (four days a week), but sometimes I drive the 20 min drive to work and they tell me I’m an “extra” and they don’t need me and send me home.

It seems to be happening at least once a week. I have a lot of bills to pay, and I can’t afford this. I do not want to have to get a second job, because I have responsibilities outside of work and am not able to spend 50+ hours a week away from home.

I don’t know what to do or how to approach them with this. To me, this is essentially their version of “calling off”.
