My DSP has been telling us every day to never mark a package as “delivery will be too late”. They’ve been really adamant about it. Yesterday I had 1 package not on my itinerary, and I’m sorry but I stopped picking them up once my routes started being 190+ a day. I returned it to the station and got a text from my boss saying that I brought a package back because it would be too late. I explained that it was an extra package and I didn’t pick it up and he said “okay” and nothing came of it. Just curious if anyone knows the process in that situation.
