Choosing An Accurate Reason When Unable To Deliver

Hi, today I was delivering at 5:30 am to a business that was closed, it was a car dealership with a gated parking lot, and I couldn’t reach the front door.

My question is, how to choose an accurate reason when all options are LOCKED?

I tried many times and the option “Bussines is closed” was always LOCKED! It keeps telling me to go to the destination first, when I was right there at the gate.

As a driver, this is very frustrating that you send packages to a business that is closed and we can’t choose the appropriate option. I choose “Item will be too late” and now my standing will drop because of this.
