What’s Up With These Random Pays? My Last Company’s Worked For Never Did This

Last week i got paid Friday morning at like 7am. The week before that i got my direct deposit on Sunday !!! for my training i did all the way back In January 6th. Today i haven’t gotten paid yet. And i highly doubt I’ll get it later today. This is very unprofessional. My previous DSPS never did this. They want us to do everything down to the wire but i can’t even get paid in time? Ridiculous… I’m pretty sure that’s illegal and they can get in trouble…
