Had To Chitchat Because Of My Delivery Metrics But Once They Deep Dived Into It The Manager Didn’t Say Much.

Having a transparent DSP is cool, They said my metrics this week weren’t good so I asked if they could deep dive and show me.

After we looked at the issues the dispatcher didn’t even have much advice to offer, Amazon metric ratings are just dumb as fuck.

I had two negative feed backs, They showed me the address and it was a group stop where I slid small envelops under the gate (Fuck’em they didn’t answer the bell, Next time I just RTS) and another one was a DNR to a customer that received 4 packages to the front door (gated property) and 1 of those packages became a DNR how tf!?
