I have not been paid for the Amazon Flex blocks I’ve worked between February 13th and February 28th. In total, this amounts to $694.
I have called support multiple times to no avail. I keep receiving emails that there is something wrong with my bank account information, but there have been NO changes to my bank account since I’ve been working with Amazon Flex. In fact, I was getting paid fine and on time through the blocks worked until February 13th when I first started receiving emails that there was an error in my bank account information.
I have already tried multiple times to reenter my unchanged bank account information in the Flex app, and I still have not been paid. I’ve also already called my bank, and they do not have any pending/declined transactions from Amazon on their end.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
