This Subreddit Really Discourages Me… I Have Training In 8 Hours.

So my first training day is at 8:30AM it’s around 2AM and this place gives me the chills. I’ve never seen so many people warn others to quit or look for a different job :/ my DSP seems chill and laid back, but slow to respond to texts. Is this job really that bad? The alternative is hospital security (casual position, I pick my schedule) or looking for different jobs. Both pay $21/hr (delivery).
