I used to work in wireless sales before coming onto here.At first I regretted it and missed it,ended up getting myself a part time sales job to give myself something to do during my 3 days off and I ended up quitting it just wasn’t for me anymore, sitting there with needy/stupid customers and rude customers as well. I know when you see the AT&T/ T-Mobile employee you probably think damn that seems like a chill job and it is until you deal with customers and management. If you think dispatch is annoying you will hate the managers at the cellphone stores, they will be on your ass on why you didn’t sell anything to every customer who came in for a simple question.With this job you’re on your own, you get some fresh air, a workout,jam out to music, you don’t have to worry about hitting goal or if you’re making enough sales to get a good commission check and I noticed with here the customers treat you with a little more respect compared to cellphone places, over there customers come in and their attitude is “I’m here fix all my problems” over here it’s “we both don’t want to talk to each other here is your package have a nice day” I first I hated this job but I learned to enjoy it ????
