6/35 Packages Were Marked As Undeliverable. What Do I Do ?

Support said that i marked them as missing, but they were already marked as attempted/missing when i picked it up. Now i finished and all these packages were marked missing. Support said to scan each and add to my itinerary, and they did scan and save it, but did not get added to my stops they just popped up as undeliverable and it wouldn’t let me reattempt them. Now the ride is over and I don’t know what to do with these boxes and bags. Do I take them back by 10:00 a.m.? There’s no prompt to scan it or drive back to the station
