Has anyone ever had to deal with the commercial insurance we are covered by while delivering? I damaged my front bumper while on a very rough driveway (essentially a roughly mile long single lane mud 4×4 truck rut…I drive a Nissan Versa) bad enough it is partially hanging off. I have reported and am waiting on Monday to arrive so I can get an estimate on damages but I’m wondering how long it could potentially take before I hear anything after submitting everything, has anyone else ever had to mess with it?

edit I am not using my insurance or even telling them about it, I am using Amazon’s insurance.
