Delivering Amazon packages out of DNJ3 to Kingsbridge Terrance in the Bronx, NYC. While I was delivering a bunch of packages into 1 apartment building, I come out, see 1 guy at the passenger side of my car looking in and fiddling with the door handle. As soon as I’m visible to the street after a few steps, a car several car lengths behind mine, honks twice. The guy at my car immediately runs away towards that car. The driver was warning his partner that I was nearby after they were stalking me trying to loot my packages. Lucky timing of me to come out before they could smash a window or something. And I was only on that street for a few minutes, and they def didn’t follow me from the station, came from far with lot of traffic. And for sure if they problem did get worse, it would be hell trying to report or get any assistance from Amazon. I only had 1 stop after that, the very next building too. And the thieves didn’t drive away, they just waited still a few car lengths behind my car. I bundled the next items for the next address and very quickly tossed them into the lobby when a resident opened the door. Back at my car in 60 seconds. Too quick for them to try a 2nd time. Finished the route and zoomed outta there. WTF.
