I just gladly quit driving for amazon because I am so fed up with how all dsps and amazon treats their employees now.

It never used feel so hectic. The package count and stop count are so freaking high and it’s not even peak season. Peak season rates are just normal now. I always feel like I am being rushed. I literally have to rush all day without taking any of my breaks at all. Cant even take a lunch break. Any work environment where you have to pee in a bottle and can’t pull over to go to the bathroom just in order to get all your work done for the day is not the place I want to work at. After getting in trouble from my boss for being “30 minutes behind all the time” when the reason Im 30 minutes behind is because I take my lunch break. When I stop to go to the bathroom it’s always “you have 12 minutes of unplanned stop time from your route”. Yeah it’s because the closest gas station is 5 minutes away, 2 minutes to take a shit, then another 5 to get back on route.

So needless to say after a shift of. 190 stops, 300+ packages, 4 different apartment complexes, 10 different businesses, and the rest residential i quit. I finally have a good job with a way better work-life balance.
