Order Not Picked Up Question

Yesterday I was completing a Whole Foods route. After I finished my last stop, the app said I had another pick up, so I acknowledged it. I realized it was 30 minutes to just get to the location and my shift ended in 30 minutes. I called support to discuss this and they said I had nothing on my screen, so I’m good to go home. I get an email this morning that I didn’t pick up an order. How should I go about this? Contact driver support? Use the Jeff email?
