So here’s what happened, I got to the customer’s location and was about to place the package on the front porch, but then i looked inside the house and there were a bunch of amazon packages in the lobby so i thought that it was one of the buildings that have multiple apartments and that i was supposed to place the package inside the main lobby.

So i opened the door and it was actually unlocked, and then i saw the customer sitting in the main lobby. I said hi to her and everything but she still screamed. I explained that i was Amazon to deliver the package and told her why i entered the building and said sorry that i scared her. This incident happened at 4 – 5 am and i did wear my amazon vest

Today i just got an email saying that my account got suspended for 6 days while they investigated. Has anyone gone through with this and do you think I’ll get deactivated forever?
