Serious Question About Benefits.

I started working for an Amazon DSP a month and a half ago. It has been a headache when it comes to benefits. I have asked about health insurance and they keep telling me its being worked on. I didn’t even receive an employee handbook or anything. I am curious….what benefits are you guys offered besides the health insurance. I am more curious about health insurance since I lost mine when I left my previous job and I’m running out of medications.
