So because my background check came back that I was still in California, they put me there which is not where I live anymore. I’m all the way in the lovely land near Dayton, Ohio. So I e-mailed support after hitting contact us in the app.
My first response was that I could change my delivery area by selecting change my delivery area and then contacting support… So you know the exact thing I just did.
My second response was to look at the list of recruiting cities and you can sign up onto flex from there. Which Ohio isn’t even listed on there yet I was still able to sign on despite singing up with my Ohio address.
Finally I said screw it and just called. I had a 30 minute call with 25 minutes being silence with someone I could barely understand trying to change my delivery area who still could not put me exactly where I wanted to be at. So currently I’m stuck in Columbus Ohio which is over an hour away from Dayton where I currently am.
What a roller coaster this has been so far… Maybe one day I’ll actually get to drive with flex.
