(Trigger warning) im familiar with reddit but I’m too embarrassed to post this on my main account. I started at my new dsp yesterday. i am one of 3 other women there. i had a ride along with a long term driver and was creeped out by some of the comments he made but what put me off most was the way he kept grabbing my leg. when I was driving back to the station I had my id between my legs which he reached for and groped me. I asked him what he was doing and he just laughed it off and said it’s chill he just wanted to get the badge so they can scan it. from the way he did it and how he acted the entire time i was super uncomfortable and I think he just wanted to grab me. i am too scared to report it to my manager because they seem close and i don’t want to be retaliated against. i am scheduled tomorrow but im scared of running back into him. what should be done? i really can’t afford to lose my job.
