I am a fellow DA serving in Calgary, AB. I think it’s time we all stand up and ask for a raise and set schedules. How would we go about this??? As well lower the metric. Your sole goal should be that you get the package to the customer without harming the reputation of Amazon or causing accidents. Below I have written demands to Amazon for current and future DA’s:

• $23hr to start moving up to $28.95hr • Full benefits upon getting hired • Set 4 days on and 3 days off (with 5 hour bonus pay each week for good drivers) • Lower metric on Netradyne • Opportunity for advancement in warehouse. •Blue badge for drivers +3 years • Up to date software and hardware.

Of course these are just my demands, I know many have been working there longer, have been put in hard work with low pay. I just hate the long hours and the health risk. The health risk gets ignored all together. And the long hours and low pay don’t compensate for that. I wanna know what other people think…….
