Torn Between Continuing To Drive Flex Or Work In The Warehouse.

I’m currently looking for full time work, so in the meantime, I have been doing flex for a few months now. I live in a small-ish city with a small warehouse. Our base pay is about 16$, most of the routes I get are rural areas with gravel roads. It just tears up my car. I have a fantastic rating but honestly feel like I’ve seen worse rates and routes. I’m lucky if I can get rates at 20$ an hour. I recently applied and got accepted to the warehouse for their flex shift but won’t start until July 7th. I was told I could finish my routes that I picked up for this week. This is currently my only source of income and I really don’t want to stop until my first day at the warehouse if I decide to continue with the hiring process.

I am just curious if anyone in this sub has worked both options and give some insight on which one they think is better? Could I also technically continue to pick up flex shifts until my start date?

Also, I fully understand I cannot work both roles at the same time.
