So I had a garage delivery then after delivering to the stop after that I had to make a u-turn and pass that garage delivery house. While passing a husband and wife came out in their pajamas(still half asleep) and waved me down. I stopped and they seemed very confused and asked “how’d you open our garage??” I told them “well you asked for a garage delivery so you gave drivers access to your garage.” They said they never signed up for it and seemed confused and frustrated. I told them to contact Amazon and sort things out with them because I’m just the delivery guy lol. So my question is: do people not pay extra for garage deliveries? And, Can amazon some how connect automatically to peoples garages without their permission?? I’m so confused on why the customers had no idea they signed up for these type of deliveries….
