I ordered a Ps5 and was supposed to arrive on Thursday (22/06). The courier arrived at my door with another package ordered by someone else in the house and proceeded to say that another package(PS5) he was supposed to deliver is not in his vehicle. He asked for my phone number so he can reattempt delivery , which I gave. As soon as he left the item was marked as ‘delivered to resident’ in the app. Bare in mind , the driver needs an OTP from my phone to finish the delivery, I did not provide him with this number. I immediately saved my doorbell and camera footages which shows the interaction between me and the courier and him stating that he does not have the package with him. I called Amazon and they told me to wait 2 days and they’ll help me with a refund/ replacement so I waited. I called again and I’m told that they cannot give me a refund or replacement as the driver has entered an OTP into Thier device… I did not give him an OTP. I even told them that I have video proof of him stating that he does not have the package with him. I’ve emailed them a statement of what has happened. I need my money back or a replacement!
What can I do? Hope someone hear can help.
Thank you.
