I work 3 jobs. 2 PT and amazon. I need to get home by 6-7. I finish my route (180+ and 40-80 grouped) by 5pm and dont get to my first stop at 11. im hauling ass all day just so I can get home to a decent sleep since I have to be up at 2am. These MF’s do not care whatsoever. our dsp is guaranteed so they make u go rescue after your route which is absurd and criminal after dropping off damn near 400 packages. I told the DP that I can come in, do my route, and rts since I have to be up at 2am. he told me to just stay home. That shit got my morale all the way the fuck down to a point where Idgaf. I stopped ringing doorbells, stopped hiding packages, I walk across the customers lawn, like fuck you man.

Absolutely criminal.

Also, at our dsp – about 90% are new hires. everyone left already… my guess? aint no body trying to pick up other peoples slack when were out here busting ass in this mf heat. again, we’re just dummies – that shouldn’t fall on the drivers as it should fall on management for over hiring these slow ass MFs. either dp are clueless to the fact, or they dont care at all 100%
