Got an announcement last week informing us that Customer feedback will have to be at 97% or higher to get a bonus along with no speeding, seatbelt infractions etc.

Owner of the DSP told me to text the customers with a reply asking to thank Alexa or take a short survey or something along those lines.

This prefabricated text message I normally send out but I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from customers asking if I texted them or if it’s a foreign link that they should ignore.

Idk, I’m not a fan of another implementation of metrics added to score drivers on their performance.

Amazon, if you’re listening…1v1 me bro. I’ve had enough of your micro managing ass. Spread the wealth or something. Help us out for once. Throw us a freakin bone. Stop torturing your drivers.

Message me if any of you warehouse bosses, dsp owners, amazon managers want the smoke. I’m ready to die on this hill.
