So I was bit on the chest doing an in garage delivery. I was not expecting to open the garage door and find two big dogs waiting for me. The dogs started barking and growling and that’s when the owners came out and one of them approached me and that’s when one of the dog a lab/retriever mix jumped up on me and bit me twice on my right chest. The bite wounds are pretty serious and you can see the teeth marks, I’m trying to post it on here but it won’t show recent photos from my camera roll.

I was in shock and shaking when it happened and I was not sure what to do, I called my dispatch and told them about the situation but I didn’t call the police when I should have (I did file a report that night). My dsp had someone take half my route and still made me finish the rest and told me to go to their clinic after I finish.

I only missed a few hours and the day after of work and I read how complicated workers comp claims are but I am looking to sue the homeowners of the house for the injury and the trauma they caused me, though I don’t know where to start.

If you guys have any insights or information as to how to contact a lawyer who will take me seriously please let me know because this situation sucks and I’m in a lot of pain.
