My DSP Wants To Force Train The Rest Of The Crew To EDV, Thoughts?

Hi, most of the people I work with that didn’t want to move up from a basic step van was because of various reasons: one of them being pay and just a crazy amount of packages 400-475…

All of a sudden my dispatch is saying the boss wants to train everyone to drive EDV/CDV but won’t force us to “drive them” … are they trying to pull a stunt to favor the boss and screw the drivers even further?

Today on a step van if I get lucky I stilll get low 300’s and I’m fine with that if all I’m getting is a measly $50 cents for EDV with consistent ridiculous amounts of oversized.

Well I’m starting my route now, ???? let me know what you guys think..
