Sent Flex a complaint about a delivery I made. I delivered a package to a run down house on the south side of San Antonio. This house had a ton of cats on the porch. I get back to my car and felts my legs on fire. They were covered in ticks! When I say covered, I mean covered. At least 100 ticks of all sizes. I spent the next 30 minutes standing in the middle of the street barefoot panic wiping my legs with hands wipes! They respond addressing me as “Shanell”. My name is Arturo ???? they copy paste emails and most likely never read my complaint. We’re just numbers to them.
