Ever since we moved from our starting time of 5:30am to 9:30am I’m frequently getting home between 7-8pm when I used to get home by like 3-4pm. Exhausted and with very little energy/motivation to get things done.
Is that just how it is with this schedule or have y’all found ways to remedy this issue? Considered buying energy drinks just so my days after work allow me to enjoy some semblance of life before I have to wake up and do it again. Really starting to hate this job and my days off are starting to feel like countdowns to the my working mornings.
