I had a pickup route with 5-6 previous undeliverables yesterday which always say “Late” and piss me off because it sometimes glitches and counts against you even though they where late when you started your shift and you have to call or message and get the strikes knocked off…. Anyways…. 3:30am – 8am shift. Every time “Call customer it’s late ask them if they want it!” How bout NO. It even says somewhere in some sub menu not to do this before 8am! Why is it built into the stupid app then!? Also most of them were closed businesses. Like “oh it wasn’t deliverable before, it surely will be now at 4am!” Ugh.
