Are Offers Becoming A Thing Of The Past?

Just an observation in Cali. at the Amazon facility I’ve been flexing from for a year now. In my opinion, for the market I deliver in, I see preferred scheduling being the only way. It’s obvious that too many people have been hired vs the amount of available routes. This results in the base rate routes being snatched up within a few seconds of going live. Not sure how the rest of the country is doing, but what a mess it’s become and probably no end in sight. Just for reference I’ve delivered over 10,000 packages and currently have a Fantastic rating. This “status” is complete nonsense and probably does you worse off when it comes to available routes. Just my opinion here but I’m starting to fall in line with the people against Flex. There’s an underlying feeling that we are being taking for a ride.
