Lol. Does anyone actually go into ppl’s backyards & follow these kinds of instructions? I’ve started messaging customers who request this something along the lines of “For obvious safety concerns I do not go into customer’s backyards, however your package is at your front door.” There are just tooooooo many ppl who have zero consideration for others. Especially when they put it in caps or add something else rude, as if delivery ppl are incapable of following simple instructions. Like I’m not stupid. I read your note. The reason I’m not going in your backyard is because I’m not stupid. I know it probably won’t make a difference, but I think some ppl are just so oblivious they don’t even think about it. One customer said to go in through their side gate (aka backyard) & put the package in their bbq pit…… Yeah, let me get shot by a nosy neighbor for riflin around someone’s backyard. If enough of us complain maybe we can get this option removed?
