especially within the last few months Amazon has ramped up the most ridiculous shit. . For starters, this bullshit of not being able to just hand to customer anymore is the worst thing. Got a group stop with 25 packages at an apartment building? They want you to fucking go through each. I’m at the point where if it’s a group stop with three locations I just don’t even fucking mark it. I’m not wasting my time . And yes, I’ll gladly say that for 2 1/2 years as much as I could, I was just handing to customer on every delivery it was possible. . I don’t have time to sit and take a fucking picture with a glitchy ass phone for 20 seconds in the hot ass sun where I can barely see the damn thing. This whole thing implemented has literally added another half hour to my route. That brings me to my next complaint, which is the app itself . They claim they do updates and try to fix bugs and glitches when I’ve had more than ever before since this past spring . The fucking thing freezes up every goddamn 10 stops and I have to close out of it and restart the app. Then half the time when I’m taking my pictures, it will close out of the fucking camera and delay the pic. Or it will Go back to where it was scan package and I’ll have to fucking click through three things just to get to camera m again. The app is piss, poor . My last complaint is the fact that it just seems like lately routes have been pummeling with even more ridiculous overflow and insanely Dumb group stops with houses that are not even next to each other. It wasn’t always like this, and it seems like they’re just getting worse. Making a little over $21 an hour to do this job is starting to seem like massively underpaid . I’m nearing the end.
