Deactivation??

I just got an email saying my account has been deactivated due to not selecting a reason code for not delivering a package. But…I have delivered every single package. I have not had any issues since July 29th, when I returned my route due to severe weather and it being unsafe to deliver. That was dealt with through support and was removed from my Standings, which is the highest level of fantastic it can go and shows clearly that I’ve had no issues at all recently.

Has this happened to anyone else? I emailed to try to get more information because I’m at a total loss. Every package in the last month and a half has been delivered except that one route, and 4 packages about a month ago that I had to return because the road leading to the delivery locations was flooded under 5 feet of water. Both situations were addressed and removed from my history so I am very confused.
