Just Got Off The Phone With My Local Teamsters Rep

He reminded me to not get discouraged. He told me that he’s only had a 10% success rate for unionizing in my state and a 40% success rate in more progressive states like Caliornia. From what he’s told me the different teamsters locals are indeed in contact with each other and they are working on collecting information as of right now.

Right now they are looking at how many DSPs are in a warehouse & how many employees are in each warehouse. Given what happened with BTS they’re not looking at writing up a contract until they have enough DSPs involved. Find your local teamsters here https://teamster.org/locals/
