As a driver for Amazon Flex, I face a challenge with the nearest Amazon station block being located half an hour away from my home. It takes me an hour to prepare my car and travel to the designated block when I have a pickup scheduled. After completing the deliveries, it can take anywhere from half an hour to two hours to return home, depending on the last delivery location. The travel time and distance remain fixed, regardless of the delivery duration.
The Amazon Flex Managers could reconsider the distance between the station block and the distribution location, If the delivery location is within a close distance, then a two-hour delivery time limit is fine. However, when delivery destinations are too far from the station, it would be reasonable for a four-hour delivery time.
