Is Amazons Scheduling Designed To Be As Inconvenient For Drivers As Possible??!!

Is amazons scheduling designed to be as inconvenient for drivers as possible??!!

For insight on the distance Warwick to Banbury is a 35 minute drive – back and forth back and forth all day with 10-15 minute drives between the first 50 stops. UK prime vans have very narrow walkways and only 1.5 rows of shelving due to side door. You can only fit 7 bags on the bottom of the van. How does Amazon expect me to not only fit 16 bags in the van but also fit 39 overflow packages and effectively deliver them within their tight delivery schedule with drives like this inbetween. If I’m expected to act like superman I want to be paid like superman. Not be treated like a mutt on a leash who gets pay cuts and route cuts if I complain. Amazon really is the modern day gulag.
