This was supposed to be a 3 hour route from my SSD. Was it 3 hours? No. I know someone will look at the map and say “oh this is an easy one.” I thought so too when I looked at it. I mapped out my own route but it was still h*ll. (I apologize in advance for typos, punctuation, etc)

• The houses in the cluster look near each other but the are actually 7 to 29 mins apart.

• Took 3h 45 mins to complete. (I honestly think it was supposed to be a 4 or 4.5 hour route).

• Half of the houses still had ice on the walking path/driveways. (Slipped and fell at 2 houses)

• Saturday traffic….need I say more?

• Lots of detour in one town adding an extra 18 to 26 mins. Had to pull up google maps to find the best route and even that was a dud.

• Map kept telling me to make a u-turn to drive thru the roads that are closed. 🤦🏽‍♀️

• constant in app error: “retry Sync.” (Never had this happen during a route.)

• 1-click access not working.

• Stop #23 was an apartment building with icy roads surrounding it. Almost lost control 2x going 5mph.

• Got stopped by one customer asking if I had more packages for him. When I told him no, he looked irritated and wanted me to go back to my car and check to make sure. According to him, he ordered more stuff that were supposed to be same day deliveries. (I was already irritated by my fall earlier and almost yelled at him but i kept my composure. His tone was very demanding.)

• Called customer service 10 mins before block time ends and this lady tell me to deliver the current route I was on and return the rest of the package. Mind you I already explained everything to her. I asked if this will affect my stand and she goes “yes, even though it was out of your control.” 🙄

• Let’s not even talk about the mileage on this route over 105.
