2nd month in Moved states

Got a van w broken chargers so I had to get rescued at the end of my shift on top of being swept to 138 stops in the morning

Dispatch didn’t communicate that to my manager and my manager humiliated me for needing a rescue even though the van chargers are out of my control

He fired me today after weeks of not giving me a route

I’ve been doing up to 140 stops no problem

I got rescued twice without needing a rescue (seasoned driver finished early around 5 and then again around 6 so he picked up less than 20 stops both times)

I only took 3 hits on mentor not knowing the speed goes from 40 to 25 outside of the station (dispatch told me that’s common)

1/3 poor fico scores

I haven’t returned packages or needed a rescue

Guy complained about grass outside of his house (next to mailbox)

Got another grass complaint (w no proof and couldn’t have been bad bc I didn’t even realize I ran it over)

Dsp pays under 500, took me off the schedule, humiliated and fired me

My trainer said he did worse
